Serving Our Parish Together
Operating and maintaining a parish takes the dedication of many hands. At Our Lady of the Rosary, volunteers play an important role in helping us provide a clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for our parish community.
Whether your talents are in maintenance, administration, teaching, finance, hospitality, or simply lending a helping hand, there is a place for you to serve.

There are many ways to share your time, experience, and talents at Our Lady of the Rosary. Explore the opportunities below and discover where you may be called to serve.
CARE FOR OUR PARISH
Grounds & Building Maintenance
Help care for our parish facilities. Volunteers with plumbing, electrical, heating and air, technology, construction, or general maintenance skills are especially welcome.
Church Cleaners
Help keep the church, Rosary Hall, and parish kitchens clean and welcoming. These areas are cleaned weekly, and additional volunteers are always appreciated.
Parish Life / Social Events
Help plan and support parish gatherings, dinners, picnics, feast day celebrations, and other events that build fellowship within our community.
PARISH OPERATIONS
Church Office Assistants
Assist the parish office with filing, typing, copying materials, bulletin preparation, and other administrative tasks.
Finance Committee
Parishioners with experience in budgeting, financial planning, or related areas are invited to share their expertise in support of the parish.
Offertory Counters
Help count the offerings received at weekend Masses. Volunteers serve on Tuesdays and may participate according to their availability.
FAITH & COMMUNITY
Faith Formation Teachers & Aides
Help our young parishioners grow in faith, understand the teachings of the Church, and deepen their relationship with Christ.
Hispanic Festival
Help with our annual Hispanic Festival through food preparation, event support, hospitality, and other volunteer needs.
Parish Pastoral Council
Serve in an advisory role that assists the Pastor and parish staff in discerning parish needs and supporting the mission of our faith community.
